The founder of the company has been engaged in ECG industry research and development for more than 20 years, served in domestic and foreign well-known medical enterprises as R & D director and vice president, has many publications in international scientific journals, and has 40 Chinese, PCT, and US patents / patent applications. The founder of the company serves as a Fellow of the United States Medical and Biological Engineering, a council director of International Society of Electrocardiology (ISCE), a member of China Society of Biomedical Electronics Committee, and won research awards from prestigious institutions for many times.

The core members of our team are composed of experienced senior algorithm experts, hardware and software engineers, project managers, and senior market professionals. They have the common goal of striving for big data of ECG, algorithm engine, ECG products, and related services. Some of the team members studied and worked abroad, two of the senior engineering scientists earned Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering in the United States, two members earned Master degree in Biomedical engineering, and one member earned Master degree in project management. The company recruited two full-time research and development experts stationed in the United States. Other engineers also earned Master degrees in biomedical engineering at major domestic universities, and have more than 5 years of experience in ECG industry. Many of them served as technical managers in well-known medical device companies in China.

In addition, StarCare Medical also has a collaborative consultant team composed of well-known experts in the field of clinical practice, engineering, and academia (Beijing, Shenzhen, UK, United States). They have already co-operated with our company’s founder as consultants and partners for more than 10 years.
